About
I hold a master’s degree in theology and a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Uppsala University, Sweden.
I am currently a doctoral student and adjunct instructor at Centre for Theology and Religious Studies, Lund University, Sweden. My thesis project is a study of the Greek Orthodox ecclesiastical jurisprudence in the late eighteenth century. I also serve on the board of directors at Katarinaskolan (St. Catherine's Middle School) in Uppsala, Sweden.
My main research interests are Eastern Orthodox canon law, Eastern Christian studies, legal history, and philosophy of law.
I am a member of the following academic societies and networks: Gesellschaft für das Recht der Ostkirchen (Society for the Law of the Eastern Churches), Nordic Byzantine Network, and Bysantinska sällskapet (Byzantine Society in Uppsala, Sweden).
